RRC Apprentice Notification 2025: The online applications are invited from eligible candidates who are Indian Nationals for training in Workshops and Divisions of Eastern Railway as Act Apprentices under The Apprentices Act, 1961 and Apprenticeship Rules, 1992, as amended from time to time. The Railway Recruitment Cell has invited applications for over 3000 apprentice posts in the Workshop division. Interested candidates can apply for the same through the official website of the cell at rrcer.org. Candidates will be required to fill a form for the online application, which starts from August 14, 2025.
What is the eligibility criteria for the posts?
The following points must be noted to check the eligibility criteria:
- The candidates should be of at least 15 years of age, and not more than 24 years of age. Relaxation may be provided to candidates of categories like Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Other Backward Classes (OBC) by the cell.
- The candidate must have passed Class 10 with a minimum of 50 per cent marks from any recognized board.
- The candidate might have to pass through a health check-up, on which their eligibility for the post would evaluated.
- It must be noted that the selection will not be based on any written examination but the marks achieved by candidates in the Class 10 and ITI examination.
